Was inspired by and tried making a pie with my leftover dough today. I think it turned out pretty good.

Halfway through the bread making process a ball of Jalapeño and Chedder dough has been shaped and is ready to chill. It will spend about 12 hours in the fridge and then it will be ready to bake.

It's almost time for market! See y'all from 3-6 in front of the Wimberley Community Thrift store. I baked all of these up last night and they are ready to be taken home and eaten.

Cannot wait to get this oven up and running! Thanks to all my friends and family who came out and helped me move it yesterday. I don't have a name for her yet so if anyone has suggestions leave a comment.
