Collins Cakes & Bakes Inc. We are the Collins Family. We are a Made-to-Order Bakery in the beautiful town of Wilton. We strongly value our family and our community.

We make everything fresh, just like your grandma used to, right in our commercial bakery at our home. We do our best to support other Maine businesses in our area as we grow. We are living our dream, doing what we love, together as a family, providing custom cakes for any occasion, and delicious homemade breads and pastries of superlative taste and quality.

Hey Everyone! So this winter we are doing things a little different. The kitchen is OPEN FOR ORDERS anytime, however the storefront will not maintain set operating hours. If we are there COME ON IN, and if we are not and you'd like to order something or check out some of the awesome stuff from our talented vendors GIVE US A CALL or text!! Chances are we can help you out the same day or within 24hours for any orders. We have some seriously awesome plans for this spring that require us to use our time wisely during these slower months!
