Unlike large chain bakeries, our decorators are busy creating custom cakes by hand, and our bakers are hard at work making everything fresh from scratch throughout the day. Every time they're pulled away from their work, it slows down the process for everyone's orders.

One of the things we love most about Brandywine Bakery is our open kitchen. We want you to be able to watch our decorators creating beautiful cakes and our bakers making fresh pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts. It's part of the experience we enjoy sharing with our community.

We simply ask for your patience and understanding. If we're unable to answer the phone immediately, it doesn't mean we're ignoring you—it means we're doing what you came to us for: creating fresh, handcrafted baked goods with the care and attention they deserve.
