My favorite loaf to bake is the one that whispered in my ear years ago that I should open a bakery: the Classic Sliced. That deceptively simple, traditional bread taste and feel that we all miss so much. No milk or eggs, no gums or seed oils. Just flour and fiber, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and yeast.
