Holy Blister Bubbles Batman, to the BreadMobile! These crusty bubbles are the result of our slow and long cold ferment on our sourdough. Sometimes they can be prevalent, and sometimes they go crazy!

300 sourdough loaves filling and maxing out the

Did someone say Mixer Monday?! Although we have 4 different mixers, our trusty ol’ Hobart tends to be a consistent favorite. At over 70 years old, she’s seen countless batches of cookies, batters, and granola. Reliable, consistent, fun, and even teaches the basics of driving a manual!

Here’s something we don’t talk about with customers very often…our baking equipment! This 40+ year old Penn Scale is our old trusty. Every single loaf that we make touches this beautiful scale. We’re talking COUNTLESS loaves over the years! Something about the old school balance beam, the ever familiar metal ding it makes when tossing a perfectly cut dough from its top…modern and digital isn’t always better!
