I call in the abundance of ready love, wild vision, full-on claiming
I embrace fully without reservation the ones who step up

It’s a radical act to be happy, even content, and refuse to adjust and conform to this culture of misery masquerading as “doing things right” or “getting ahead” or “how it’s always been.” It’s a bold act of public service to cackle and guffaw loudly, especially as a female gendered being, oh so brash and unladylike, shame shame. It’s a vast contribution to the general public to traipse about as the one and only you, not attempting to please or placate or play nice, just thrilled to ecstasy to fully inhabit the unique rhythms of your own self-resourced and self-directed existence. When you are fully digging life as it flows through you in the present moment, not blaming the past, not planning for the future, but suspended in the goodness of right now, well, that’s the sweet spot and your happiness just bubbles over and overflows and your impact ripples outward without you having to do a damn thing but be you. How about them apples?

People, look: there is no one-stop shopping on how to eat, how to live, what to do, who to trust, what is next. We live in a self-created reality and are fed massive information to confuse us and keep us wobbly. Most of us actually already know what works for us or, if not, listening to our bodies and intuition and spirit for our own truths can be learned. This is what I offer as a coach. Most of us know our answers already, we just don’t want to trust them, or we are too scared to change, or we are waiting for the just right moment to make a move, or or or or or.

I see an epidemic of outsourcing of our lives and decisions and choices...which is a pity in my opinion, when we are all so gifted and loved and resourced and self-knowing. Don’t believe the self-help hype. You are not broken. You are more whole than you can conceive of. Create the reality that serves you in this moment, not the you of the past or the possible yous of the future. Everything will shift as necessary as you do. But you must shift and listen and be open to constant change. It’s already happening whether you want to allow it is so or not. Life: It’s a glorious ride. Hands in the air, darlings!

I’m very tired of feel-good virtual Spirituality. You know, the kind that consists of smiling lists of things to do to keep your vibration high. Or pocket mantras to repeat to magically obtain ease in your life. Or lollipop steps to inner peace during your busy first-world-problem life. Hope-less intense words of reality from those who have come thru mud and fire and grief and terror and ecstasy and spit and sorrow and pain and fury...yeah, those instead. Embodied soulwork. It doesn’t feel good except sometimes it does. It isn’t easy except sometime it is. Mostly you alternate between avid cussing and raucous giggling and glorious exhaustion and falling down surrender. Or maybe that’s just me. Or maybe not.

When you settle into what is...you have fewer questions, not as many thoughts, less concern...worries seem laughable. Being with what is...an excellent choice.

There comes a time when you no longer have to be an other-than, an outcast or outsider, in order to find your belonging. You no longer have to feel special or to define yourself as different in order to know that you are unique and worthy, just as you are. Not in relation (or non-relation) to others, not in comparison to others, but in your sovereignty, you know that what others are doing or not doing or being or not being has little relationship to what you are doing or being.

Rather than needing to rebel against them or to contrast yourself as not-them, or beyond-them, or even not-yet-them, you no longer need juxtaposition to others in order to define who you are. You no longer need to edge up against the boundaries of others in order to find your own. You know who you are and you are in integrity with your essence and self, without reference to outer energies and other beings.

Ah, then, you are truly inner-resourced. A deep sigh of YES whispers within you. And you just go along with them when it is a Yes for you and not with them when it is a No for you. None of it means a thing or proves a point but that you are listening to you. And in that awareness, you notice that you never were and yet always have been and will be them. The them you’ve righteously defied and so wanted to not be like, yep, you are them and simultaneously you are only you. It’s a blessing to give up contrast and competition and rebellion. This is where freedom blossoms.
