Hiiiii friends :) last weekend for blueberry minis! I will be switching the flavors/menu for June after this weekend :) We will have yellow cake w/ fudge icing, mandarin chantilly cake, carrot cake, cookie butter cheesecake, turtle brownies, ube cream puffs, blueberry cornmeal petit fours, eclair cake containers, pimento cheese, and tiramisu! All of your cabinet regulars will be available as always. See you soon ;)

I had the honor of working with the, Chef Keith Rhodes on a dinner for Our State Magazine put on by . Thank you and your team for being so welcoming and having me be apart of this event. Such a full circle moment for me as I wrote about Chef Keith Rhodes being an inspiration in my zine and a year after the release I was able to work with him. I cannot thank you enough for being extremely genuine and sincere. I made cornmeal shortcakes brushed w/ sorghum butter, berries macerated in vanilla lemon sugar & tonka bean chantilly. I forgot to get a picture of the menu 😝 Thank you again Chef & your team for having me :)

Kept it local with strawberries from & cornmeal from Moss Buffaloe Milling Co.

Y’all loved this menu so much we brought it back :) we will have mini vanilla cake’s w/ wild blueberry jam, & blueberry swiss buttercream, biscoff cheesecake squares, chocolate dipped strawberry brownies, Ube cream puffs, blueberry cornmeal petit fours, yellow cake w/ chocolate icing, carrot cake, & berry shortcake w/ whipped cream. We will have all of your cabinet regulars, tiramisu, pimento cheese & banana pudding as well :) See you this weekend
