Le Chat Noir — white chocolate matcha mousse, strawberry jam center, atop of a chocolate short bread. Available for the month of October 🐈‍⬛ A portion of all October proceeds from these cute cats will be donated to All4Cats Rescue to help their initiative to rescue local strays :) There is a black cat at the bakery that has visited almost every weekend over the last 3 years that inspired this dessert (swipe to see!!!!) Funny enough I have always called my sister the black cat, so I let her pick the flavors for this! We will also have spooky double chocolate cookies, coconut cupcakes, muscadine swiss roll slices, apple cobbler bars, espresso chocolate cream puffs, and all your cabinet regulars this weekend! This was such a fun shoot. Äna took Alysa and I out into the marsh for this shoot. She showed us where she harvest for Äna Shellem and truly educated us about the marsh. I just knew Äna would think I was insane when I told her I wanted to get this shot but she made sure we were able to get it :) While I was under water holding the cake & ch*****ne a storm came in. It started raining and thundering but I couldn’t hear anything. We had to high tail it out of there once I came up so we didn’t get caught in the storm! A memory I will never forget. Thank you Äna and Alysa for being so dedicated to get these shots for me. So much more to come ;) See y’all this weekend!
