For us, purple is more than a color. 💜
Whether you’ve followed Purple Confections Co. for years or you’re new here, I want you to know what we stand for. We stand with survivors, with those still living through abuse, and with the families whose lives have been changed forever by domestic violence.
Some of you know pieces of my own story. This is deeply personal to me, and finding the words for this post has been emotional. Behind every awareness ribbon is a person. Someone loved. Someone whose life matters.
For Domestic Violence Awareness Month, our “More Than a Color” Box and the purple specials on this menu will be available ALL OCTOBER, every single day of the week. We’ll be keeping supplies on hand and baking and preparing your treats fresh to order, with delivery available. This is a monthlong commitment, and you can message us any day to arrange an order.
100% of the purchase price of EVERY item on this awareness menu will be donated to a local family I personally know who has been directly impacted by domestic violence, to support the children left behind. The entire amount—not just the profit after ingredients and packaging—will go to this family.
You can order something for yourself, share with someone you love, or send a gift of encouragement to a survivor. If you’d like your gift to be anonymous, we can leave your name off and privately coordinate how it’s received.
And Dee Dee—we love you. We remember you. We will keep fighting. Your life mattered, and it always will. 💜
