We had such an amazing time a few weeks ago in Long, South Carolina at , collaborating with the incredible team at and so many talented vendors to bring this beautiful styled shoot to life.

It was an absolute honor to work with the talented and spend the day alongside wonderful creatives, including our friends at and their adorable vintage getaway car.

Yes, it was hot but days like this are so worth it. Getting to connect, create, and be inspired by fellow vendors always brings me back to my why and fuels my passion for expressing creativity through cake.

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to share that my husband experienced a medical emergency this past weekend. We will be focusing on his recovery and well being during this time. Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out, checked in, and offered support, it truly means a lot to us.

I will be continuing to focus on all previously booked weddings and orders currently on our calendar. Please rest assured that, aside from my husband, your event remains a top priority. I have a trusted team of professionals assisting me, so you may see a few new faces in the coming weeks as we work together to ensure everything runs smoothly.

One cake, captured through three distinct photography styles across two unforgettable, design-driven shoots.
This piece became a full exploration of texture and movement. Soft fondant draping wrapped around a vibrant, color-rich cake, finished in a dusty blue tone that beautifully mirrored the layered fabric installations at Host Social Hall. The entire shoot felt bold and editorial, with a modern, artful energy where every detail was intentional and visually striking.

Then the same cake stepped into an entirely different world. Reimagined for a Bridgerton-inspired shoot at Shea’s Riverview, it transformed into something ethereal and romantic. Surrounded by soft light, delicate details, and a timeless atmosphere, the textures felt more refined, almost heirloom in nature, like a piece that belonged in a grand, storybook setting.

Two completely different visions, both equally captivating. I love seeing how a single cake can shift, elevate, and fully belong in each space it enters.

I always find so much inspiration in designing for styled shoots and open houses. It’s an opportunity to explore forms that feel both distinctive and artful.

This dome shaped cake is our interpretation of something a bit unexpected, subtly sculptural with a nod to vintage design, yet refined enough to feel effortlessly elegant.

It offers a beautiful alternative to a more traditional tiered cake, perfect for those drawn to understated statement pieces that do not overwhelm, but instead invite a closer look.

I will always advocate for the use of real flowers. There is an organic sophistication they bring that simply cannot be replicated, adding movement, depth, and a seamless connection to the overall aesthetic of your day.

Meet Mike, co-owner of Snack Time Sweets, professional Italian meringue buttercream enthusiast, delivery driver, pastry chef in training, and the king of logistics.

Mike makes sure every cake gets where it needs to go safely, sets up at venues, and helps behind the scenes with just about everything. From lifting tiers to assembling dessert displays, he’s the extra set of hands that keeps things running smoothly. He’s also a secret pro at color-matching buttercreams, has a great eye for detail, and is my honest sounding board for what works best for our little bakery.

Since day one, Mike has been my right-hand man and biggest supporter. He’s been on almost every delivery with me, takes great pride in his work, and is a huge asset to our tiny team.

When he’s not helping with cakes, you can find him listening to records, treasure hunting at antique malls, or restoring 70s-era stereo equipment.

Fun Fact: Curtis Mayfield is one of Mike's favorite musicians of all time!

If you’ve had a cake delivered or set up by us, chances are you’ve met Mike - the person making sure your dessert arrives safe, sound, and celebration-ready.

We’re so excited to participate in this year’s Open House at The Elia on Sunday, February 15th!

Couples will be invited to experience a full “wedding day” at The Elia, from a beautifully staged ceremony to cocktail hour with a live room flip, followed by a reception-style celebration.
