I decided to try and create a vegan version of my infamous bourbon caramel cookies and I finally nailed it after several attempts. Looks and tastes just like my original recipe, only now completely vegan. 🌱

VEGAN vanilla bean cake with tahini caramel filling and a vanilla cookie butter buttercream. It was delicious 🤤

Y’all I’m so bad at posting to this page! Partly due to my not knowing what to post about. I’ve done quite a few vegan bakes lately and I would love to share my thoughts and possibly some recipes. What are your thoughts on this? Do you want to see some recipes and what about some reviews? What about techniques? Let me know in the comments!
This was one of the aforementioned vegan bakes- a dark chocolate cake filled with vegan marshmallow fluff and topped with a „milk“ chocolate buttercream and some blackberries. A special cake for my little boy who turned 4. I love getting to eat my own bakes 😋 and this one was so good.

Not my best decorated cake, but it was sooo yummy. Took this over to my cousin who just had knee surgery. This was a dark chocolate cake, eggless, with a silky chocolate ermine buttercream. So so so good!

This maple pecan baklava that I made might be one of my favorite things ever now. Of course I also made cheesecake with my signature salted caramel sauce and a new concoction of spiced bourbon cherry sauce. Yum 🤤
