We know we've been quiet, but that's because we're working hard to find a location and open our doors to share with you all the joys of MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY and the really amazing things it brings to the wonderful world of donuts! We're partnered with a wonderful realtor who is helping us find just the right spot in Wilmington. There's a free donut on opening day for the first person to guess where we end up!

Doctor Wong's Invisible Donuts is the realization of a dream. A dream that paired the rich flavors and confections of the Good Old Days with hi-tech modern culinary techniques. By making use of the modern science of MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY, we offer a host of donut flavors in a healthier, more sustainable, cutting edge form.

With our flagship location slated to open in Historic Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina, by the end of Summer 2022 and future locations already in the works for Raleigh and Charlotte, Doctor Wong's Invisible Donuts hopes to add its piece to rich culinary traditions of the Tarheel State.
