🤍 A bittersweet goodbye to Mai Sweet Obsession. 🤍

After an absolutely wild, amazing, exhausting, rewarding, and unforgettable 4½ years, I’ve made the decision to take a step back and permanently close the doors to Mai Sweet Obsession.

This business has been so much more than baking. It has been a dream I got to watch come to life. It has given me opportunities I never imagined, allowed me to meet so many incredible people, and created memories that I will carry with me forever.

To every single person who has ever placed an order, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, stopped by an event, grabbed something off a shelf, or simply cheered me on — thank you. You have supported me through this entire journey, and you will forever hold a special place in my heart. You truly helped make my dreams come true. 🥹🤍

While I’m closing the business side of things, I’m not completely shutting down my mixer. If you have a personal request or something special you’d like me to make, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to consider a personal order. However, I will no longer be taking on events, markets, regular stocking, or business orders.

This chapter has been one of the biggest parts of my life for the last 4½ years, and saying goodbye is definitely bittersweet. But sometimes taking a step back is exactly what you need to make room for what comes next. 🤍

After a super rough week, I’m especially excited to finally share something that has me smiling again! 🥹🤎

Starting TOMORROW, August 8th, you’ll officially be able to purchase Mai Sweet Obsession baked goods IN STORE at Giddy Up and Go right here in Wills Point! 🤠☕🧁

I am SO incredibly excited and thankful for this opportunity, and I cannot wait for our community to have access to my baked goods daily! 🥰 This is such an exciting step for my little business, and I’m beyond grateful to Seth and Patrick for believing in me and giving Mai Sweet Obsession a place in their shop.

I truly can’t wait to see what the future has in store for both of our small businesses! Here’s to growing together, supporting local, and bringing even more sweet treats to Wills Point. 🤎✨
