Every wonder how cakeballs are made? Wonder why they cost so much? How do they get from bowl of ingredients to beautiful balls? This one order of one single flavor decorated for birthday took me 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. Set up to clean up. Cakes are baked, squished, rolled, dipped, and carefully decorated before served. Sometimes everything goes as planned, sometimes there are hiccups. This ball was soft so dipping was a challenge. Nothing a good drizzle won’t hide. Thank you to Reagan’s family for choosing the Lazy Susan to celebrate her 10th birthday! Flavor was chunky monkey.
