Cheesecakers! I’m so sorry I didn’t have a Mother’s Day special 😭. With my existing orders this week - I just couldn’t fit it in. I felt bad about it so I whipped up a few mini tarts 🥰.

4inch mini tarts with a pâte sucrée tart shell (made with love). A few are filled with a homemade lemon curd and topped with berries. And some are filled with a chocolate ganache and fresh berries 🥹.

If you forgot you needed a last minute treat, or gift? Come grab one! I really only have a few but didn’t want them to go to waste!

A REAL basque cheesecake - but with lemon 🥰.
More of a custard texture in comparison to a classic. A light and lemony bite.

This cheesecake was inspired by a basque cheesecake. For this cake I didn’t want the perfectly toasty top thats in a basque. I did however want the top edges to brown and caramelize and they did 🥹.
I added a crust for this cheesecake. With Goya Maria cookies and a touch of butter.
Finished with caramel and a berry peach drizzle

We made the cut, Cheesecakers 🥹

As I’ve prepared a few beautiful cakes (and my kitchen) to welcome our guests from Cleveland.com in the morning - I can’t help but feel the overwhelming sense of gratitude and feeling “this is where I’m meant to be.” I’ll be 37 in a week and aside from knowing I was meant to be a mother to my children - I’ve never felt pulled in any specific direction. Until now. Thanks for helping me find my very own little spot in this big beautiful life. Let’s see what happens🤷🏼‍♀️.

3 is my favorite number. We were honored with 3rd place. A sign of good fortune if you ask me.
