Apologies if this offends anyone, but hear me out! This strawberry cheesecake was made for a self proclaimed “spicy” customer! With Craft House Baking’s help with the fondant decor we created this cheesecake to help celebrate a beautiful friend’s 5 year sober anniversary. In her words “The middle finger is to being held back by my addiction. I will keep recovering.”
