From Scratch Bakery Williston's own tiny bakery. Making everything from scratch with pride and love from cookies to macarons, cakes and more. Cake flavor and texture is subjective.

Please be sure to use a measuring tape to see the exact size of your ordered cake. For a round cake the size is the diameter. For example, if you order a cake for 8 people, that would be a 4" cake which means the diameter of the cake will be 4". Allergens Found in Our Shop:

Order Policy

uch for including us in your celebrations and special moments. Please note that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order to book your date. The remainder 50% is due 10 days prior to pickup date. On the day of pickup, the client must approve of the visual order at the time of pickup. Any damage done to the product once the baked goods are accepted are the responsibility of the person picking up the goods. Delivery Policy

Delivery and setup of cakes carries a $35 fee. Return Policy

We take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds requested due to flavor or texture after cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a store credit if the product is brought back to us and the quality of the cake flavor or texture is determined not to meet our standards (Our cakes are tasted daily to insure highest possible quality). Quality determination is solely at the discretion of From Scratch Bakery. Our cakes are exceptionally moist. All refunds given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions.

*We must receive the baked good back in order for a refund to be received via in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF cake does not meet your expectations, we will give you a refund (minus 25% handling/cancellation fee). This refund will be in place of a check (NO CASH or CREDIT refunds will be given) NOTE: If we give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the cake. We will NOT negotiate a partial refund if you keep the cake. This is a “take it, or leave it” policy. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must take place 7 days prior to pickup date. 70% of the payment will be added as store credit. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the date of pickup will result in no store credit given. Guarantee / Disclaimer
We do all that we can to make sure that your order is decorated to the specification on your written order form. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments can be made for an additional charge if it was not stated on your original order. If for some reason something is not decorated correctly as stated on your order, we will make necessary changes right away. Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
