Pecan whirrlies anyone?? A pecan shortbread topped with coffee infused ganache and homemade marshmellow all wrapped in a dark chocolate shell ... and their gluten free 😉 makes for a delicious christmas treat!

This is one for the books! Traveled over 8 hours across the country, baked for an entire week in an air bnb kitchen and transported over 4 dozen cookies and a three tier cake a half hour through 103 degree weather... the things you do for a brother 😂😙 Congratulations Zack and Aly Bangayan-Tielmann, I'm so happy to have been able to make your special day a little sweeter!!
