Today we celebrated one of our regular's 92nd birthday with an angel food cake (and fresh whipped cream and strawberries 🍓) from Abby's Goodies! Though the rest of the morning crew said it should've been a devil's food cake 😂 We'll save that one for next year. Happy birthday, Harvey!

Today and tomorrow I’m volunteering with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention at the Su***de Prevention Coalition Academy in Columbia, where we’re learning new ways to support mental health, reduce stigma, and strengthen su***de prevention efforts in our communities

I’m thankful to be part of an organization that works every day to save lives and provide hope. The same community that supports my small business is the community I want to help support in return
