I'm so grateful for our year of firsts... We've hosted our first culinary heritage classes on our farm, Jolly's Mill Pond... My first time founding a food brand linked to our farm... First time working with a skilled team of bakers who craft our products... And the first photoshoot held in our 19th-century farmhouse kitchen featuring our heritage-inspired pies.

Many thanks to our baking team led by Justin Luis Diaz, Joan Diaz, and Victor Diaz. And of course my champ Rhys Kane, Jackson Kane, and the love of my life, Bill Kane, for helping to make this happen!
