I studied under many great chefs who taught me many wonderful skills and techniques that I still use today in my baking/cooking and in everyday life. I interned at Phoenix Cake Company. There I also learned many new cake decorating skills that I am so thankful to have today. After completing culinary school I decided I better put my culinary education to use and start a business from home. That brings us here today!
