My cakes are baked fresh to order, therefore I do need as much notice as possible. I am a USDA certified home baker, that means that my products are approved for local schools, business, etc. I have many different sizes of cakes, a variety of different icings, etc. My icing is my own buttercream recipe, you won't find it anywhere else!
