WAIT FOR IT! Sometimes the end of one journey gives rise to the beginning of a new one. Wait for it! Wait for Sweet Treats by Syd coming June 7th. After a brief time down to freshen up the space and reorganize, Sydni Critcher will open Sweet Treats by Syd in this same location. Sydni has worked for me over the past three years, and I highly recommend her. Her formal training is baking and pastry, as well as business administration. I am very proud of Sydni for beginning her journey to make herself known to the world of Wilkes and surrounding counties. If you loved Vernon's Cake Carousel, I'd consider it a great favor if you would give Sweet Treats by Syd an opportunity to show her best.
