The age old question…

…it is macaron or macaroon?

Macarons (mah car ON) like the ones pictured here are delicate French pastries made from ground almonds.

Macaroons (Mah cah ROON) are chewy cookies made from desiccated coconut.

This is a BIG difference.

This beautiful tower was assembled using our macarons by the hands of The Refinery Catering Company.
