I simply bake the freshest sweet breads from almond to zucchini ( over 300 flavors can be made ) I also do balloon art: animals, arches, garment, towers, mosaics.

Although I now have my inspection it's not a place where I can do business. I also have a food menu which I'd like to get out their. With that being said if anyone knows of a VFW or anything of the sort that wants to serve food I'd definitely be interested in speaking with them to see what we can work out. I can now legally do wholesale if anyone is interested in carrying Brocks Fresh Bread, I'm sure it would bring some foot traffic your way. Until then I'll just keep setting up when I have the time to do events. God bless and have a great day, I know I will.

I just wanna thank "EVERYBODY THAT SUPPORTS ME" not gonna lie, I've thought about giving up so many times but I had to tell myself "YOU PUT WAY TO MUCH WORK INTO WHAT YOUR BUILDING" and I've even picked up a 2nd job. It's bc of you that I'm where I am rite now. So proud of myself with getting my 1st inspected kitchen and this is just the start. I'm taking all orders to be baked my 1st time in the kitchen which will be the 1st or 2nd week of October. Only paid orders will be baked. My balloon and character portion of the business is also taking off so if you need a spiderman contact me for pricing and even tho I don't have pics of many of the spiderman gigs I've done here are some pics I've stacked up from doing so.

At Brocks Fresh Bread we don't only bake the freshest sweet breads we also do characters for kids parties. Spiderman is the hot character. Book me to surprise your kids or for the party. Before you know it everyone will want a picture with Santa, that's no fun, the grinch is fun. Book us and we can come to you for a meet n greet. Have your kids been bad, tell them you will call the grinch and then have him show up. I just like to see your children happy/excited. Elmo is available also for parties or meet n greet.
