I made the cottage cheese chocolate chip 🍪 cookie dough recipe. It was disgusting 😒 by a hands down household vote. So I pureed the dough(plus chips) until smooth. Added an egg and baking powder and baked the lot of it. Now I can freeze the Protein bar until I am desperate enough to eat them during busy times. Win some / freeze the rest 😁
