You all have been so excited for this flavor, and I’m so happy to finally introduce our Strawberry Cheesecake Sweet Rolls!✨

Made with our soft, buttery sourdough brioche dough, each roll is filled with handmade strawberry butter made from freeze-dried strawberries and a fresh strawberry compote. They’re then topped with a luscious cream cheese frosting, another layer of fresh strawberry compote, and finished with toasted graham cracker crumbs for that classic strawberry cheesecake flavor.

Every bite is buttery, creamy, sweet, tangy, and bursting with real strawberry goodness. 🍓✨

✨ BIG ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

If you’ve been here for a while, you know baking has always been more than just making desserts for me - it’s how I show love and take care of people. What started as a passion has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and today I’m so excited to share the next chapter.

✨ I’m officially no longer baking from home! ✨

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve partnered with The Shared Kitchen , a licensed commercial kitchen that supports small businesses, and I’m now officially operating as a licensed bakery!

This is a huge milestone for me, and it means I’ll be able to offer even more delicious goodies, continue expanding my menu, and add an additional pickup location (more details coming soon!).

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support Wichita has shown me from day one. Every order, every recommendation, every kind word, and every person who has chosen to support my small business has helped turn this dream into reality.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I’m forever grateful for each and every one of you and I can’t wait to share everything that’s ahead.

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and understanding while I’ve taken time off to make some exciting changes behind the scenes. I truly appreciate everyone who has continued to cheer on Amethyst Sourdough & Sweets during this transition!

For this first drop back, the menu will be limited as I continue perfecting some newer recipes that I’m so excited to officially introduce in an upcoming drop! I want every new item to be something I’m proud to share with you all. ✨

The menu will be posted Friday at 10 AM — I can’t wait to bake for you all again and share all the new items, updates, and changes coming soon!!

✨UPDATE✨
What started as a small-batch hobby and passion has quickly grown into a thriving bakery, and I’m so grateful for the way Wichita has supported me through every step of that journey.

With that growth comes the need to pause, reset, and make sure we can continue serving you at the level you deserve. Because of this all preorders will be temporarily closed.

This time will allow me, as CEO, to take a short break to spend time with family and visit my best friend who lives out of state, while also focusing on refining new recipes and preparing for the next chapter of the bakery.

I’m also excited to share that, with my newly obtained food establishment licenses, we will now be operating out of a shared commercial kitchen moving forward - more details to come soon as we transition into this next phase.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support from Wichita. I’m deeply thankful for every order, share, and word of encouragement that has helped bring this dream to life.✨

My NEW mini croissant loaves are finally here and they’re everything you love about a croissant baked into the softest pull-apart loaf. Perfect for breakfast, coffee runs, midnight snacks… or eating half the loaf in the car before you make it home!! 🤣

These minis will officially be available on the menu when orders reopen Friday 💖 And if they become a customer favorite, a full-size croissant loaf may be making its way to the menu in the future!!✨
