We want to extend a HUUUGE 🎊 CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 to Buckets Cà Phê for moving onto the FINALS in the competition for Most Liked Coffeeshop in Wichita!!! It is so great to see new talent hit the scene and resonate with the people of Wichita 🥰. We see much potential from Buckets, and cannot wait to see what they are able to build. Our hope is that Wichitans continue to support Buckets and other local coffeeshops with the same passion that they have through this competition.

Opening a new coffeeshop is not easy! It takes so much hard work and dedication, as well as a base of locals dedicated to supporting their neighborhood shop over larger coffee chains. And to do so repeatedly, not just for a season, but for 12 months out of the year. When we live in this culture of supporting local, truly all of us benefit and grow together!

So once again, congratulations Buckets and welcome to the Wichita coffee scene. What an entrance! If you ever need anything, please don't be a stranger. We would love to help/support your team however we are able.

We're so so excited to see you grow and can't wait to see what you do next 💓.

Sincerely,

REV STAFF

*P.S. huge thank you and shoutout to Wichita By E.B. for your consistent dedication to platforming and informing the public about local food and drinks in Wichita. Your commitment to building this culture of localism is so so valued. Your content is a pillar of the community and we are constantly in awe of the amount of love you put into what you do. The Most Liked Coffeeshop competition was a great idea. Thank you for all you do.*

Hi everybody! This is the final week of the Safe Streets Wichita Healthy Corner Store for the season.

This store is a community-based co-op that uses a tiered payment system to ensure food security. So if anyone is unable to pay, they will still get food. For those who are able to pay, there are food bundles available for purchase.

Nobody should be going hungry in this city. Especially while we live in a society that produces sooooo much. Please if you are hungry, hit up Safe Streets and their Healthy Corner Store. Again, this is the last week of the season that the store will be open.

Place your order today for Thursday pickup or delivery at: tinyurl.com/SSWCornerStore

Thank you all and have a great rest of your day!

The farm season has officially come to an end, making this week our final For The People Healthy Corner Store pop-up event of the year at Safe Streets Wichita Inc., in partnership with Common Ground Producers and Growers.

The order form is officially open today and will remain active until our available capacity is reached. Please place your final pre-orders as early as possible so our team can plan according to inventory and volunteer availability.

*Please note that we are anticipating rain on Thursday, which may cause some operational or delivery delays. If any scheduling timelines change due to the weather, we will reach out directly to everyone who has placed a pre-order.

Delivery availability depends entirely on volunteer support and cannot be guaranteed, but pickup remains available for all orders on Thursday.

We look forward to resuming our weekly operations in Spring 2027. Thank you for your incredible support throughout this season.

We love working with ICT Food Rescue!!! Other Wichita businesses who have surplus food, if you're not connected with Food Rescue yet, we highly recommend. It's super exciting when we as a community do everything in our power to minimize waste and redistribute resources.

☕🥐 Good Food. Thoughtful Planning. A Whole Lot of Community Impact! 💙

Recently, we had the pleasure of presenting Reverie Coffee Roasters with a Certificate of Appreciation for their longtime participation in ICT Food Rescue's Food Recovery Program!

Here's something we love about this partnership. Being a food surplus donor doesn't mean having extra food every day. It means having a plan for when you do! 👏

Four times a week, an ICT Food Rescue volunteer connects with Reverie to see if surplus is available. When it is, those delicious baked goods are delivered directly to Wichita Fellowship Club, Inc., The Treehouse, City Life Church, and HumanKind Ministries.

And sometimes, a simple baked good means so much more than a little treat. ❤️ It can bring comfort during fellowship, encouragement to someone rebuilding their life, or a small moment of joy when it's needed most.

To the entire Reverie Coffee Roasters team, THANK YOU! 🥰 Thank you for making food recovery part of your routine and trusting ICT Food Rescue and our volunteers to help connect your surplus with local nonprofit organizations serving our neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

This is what Wichita supporting Wichita looks like! 💙

💌 Does your business have a plan for food surplus? We'd love to help!

Good morning everybody! Mark your calendars!

At 6:30pm on Saturday, October 24th, Reverie Coffee Roasters will be hosting a presentation/ panelist discussion in the cafe on Douglas regarding some of the Kansas state laws directly impacting our trans community in 2026 (with particular attention paid to SB 244). We are super excited to host this important and informative discussion, and would love for you all to join! We've got some really great guests lined up for you! While the topics are likely to be heavy at times, we hope the event will be filled with joy and inspiration. When we come together and connect as a community, real solutions and real empathy arise. Our fears cease to be so big and scary.

The entire day leading up to the event,  Reverie will also be donating a portion of all our cafe sales to the Marsha P. Johnson Fund, a direct aid fund for BIPOC q***r and trans folx living in and around Wichita, KS. The fund is completely community funded, and is in need of assistance from all of us. Here is the link if you would like to donate today: safestreetswichita.org/marsha-fund.

Admission is free but we highly recommend donating to the Marsha Fund and tipping the baristas working the event.

So come by and see us! Even if you are unable to attend the event, we would love to see you on Saturday the 24th. Pop in for a coffee and pastry and know that your dollars are going to support a local in need.

🎃 Have you picked up a bag of Sweet Tooth yet? This artist series collaboration with Hallie / Deadnettle 💀 raises money for the American Cancer Society with each bag that is purchased. 🎃

🍭 Sweet Tooth 🍭 coffee bags are

- super cute 😍
- super halloweeny 👻
- and super delicious! 🍫

The coffee has some nice french vanilla and chocolatey notes going on. When i first tried it i though "I want to fill a GIANT thermos with this and go to a pumpkin patch." I also highly recommend them as gifts for your loved ones. You can swing by the cafe or order the bag online!

Also featured in this post:

3 cortados with our cinnamon halloween stencil tops. You can request a halloween design up at the register!
