Order & Pickup Policy
To help keep things organized and ensure every order is fresh, I’m putting a simple pickup policy in place for all orders.

🥖 Placing Your Order
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time your order is placed. Your order will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due at pickup.

📦 Pickup
Once your order is baked and ready, I will send you a message letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

You will have 24–48 hours from the time I notify you that your order is ready to pick it up.

Please make sure you are able to pick up your order within that timeframe when placing your order.
If you know you will need a different pickup arrangement, please let me know before your pickup window expires so we can make arrangements.

⏰ Missed Pickup
Because orders are made specifically for each customer, I cannot hold orders indefinitely.
If an order is not picked up within the agreed-upon pickup window and no prior arrangements have been made, I reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the order.
The 50% deposit will not be refunded for missed or abandoned orders.
I completely understand that things come up! Communication is key. If something unexpected happens and you need additional time, just reach out to me and we’ll do our best to work something out.
