Dear friends, family, and sweet supporters,
After seven wonderful years of running Barlau’s Bakery, the time has come for me to hang up my apron, close the oven door, and begin a new chapter in my life. I’m excited to share that for the last year I have been working as a Sped Paraprofessional at Windthorst and have loved every minute of it.
As I close this door, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. What started as a small passion project in my kitchen grew into something so much more because of your kindness, loyalty, and support. Whether you ordered custom cakes, celebrated life’s milestones with my cookies, or simply shared a kind word or referred a friend—you’ve helped shape this journey in ways that I will never forget.
I have absolutely loved being a part of your birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, holidays, and “just because” treats. It has been an honor and a joy to create something sweet for your special moment.
While my kitchen may be quieter for now, the memories and relationships that I’ve built through this business will always stay with me. Thank you again for being a part of it; I couldn’t have done ANY of it without all of you.
