✨ Meet the Owner Behind Sensational Cheesecake Co. ✨
Hi everyone! I'm Adeline, a 23-year-old stay-at-home mom to three amazing kids under the age of 5, and the owner of Sensational Cheesecake Co.
Five years ago, I started this journey with a dream of sharing my grandmother's incredible cheesecake with the world. Her recipes, encouragement, and belief in me gave me the confidence to turn a passion into something more.
Many of you may remember us as Black Forest Bakery, a name that was a tribute to my grandmother and the woman who inspired my love for baking. She was my biggest supporter from the very beginning, always encouraging me to keep going, even when things felt impossible.
Two years ago, I lost my grandmother, and not a day goes by that I don't think about her. I often find myself wishing she could see just how far this little dream has come. Through every challenge, every late night, every milestone, and every success, I carry her memory with me. While she's no longer here physically, her influence can be found in every cheesecake I make and every customer I serve.
This journey hasn't always been easy. Between raising three little ones and building a business from the ground up, there have been plenty of ups and downs. But giving up was never an option because this dream means so much more than just cheesecake—it's a way of honoring the woman who inspired it all.
Today, Sensational Cheesecake Co. is dedicated to creating rich, flavor-packed cheesecakes made with love, passion, and a commitment to quality in every bite. What started as my grandmother's recipe has grown into something that brings joy to so many people, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.
