About the baker• Hi, I’m Christy! I’m a mom to three humans, a dog mom, and mom to about 100,000 (and counting) honey bees. Besides the obvious of my love for baking and creativity, we decided to start Honey B. Cookie Co as a way to fund our adoption while also bringing smiled to faces all over (we ship!). We so greatly appreciate your support and look forward to bringing some yummy treats your way!

About the name• After quite a traumatic year (I won’t bore you with the details) we finally settled into our new home and started our bee hive the same week that we got our puppy who we appropriately named Honey Beatrice.

What sets us apart• Each batch of cookies will be sweetened using our own honey. For now, that’s Houston honey, but soon ours will be ready!

What the future looks like• I’m an audacious dreamer who would love nothing more than a stand at the local Farmer’s market supplying our own honey, home bottled vanilla extract, and of course, cookies. I’m willing to do cakes as well and love the idea of doing cookie cakes!

For now, I look forward to making you all a cookie or two!
