I did an event yesterday for the first time in about 2 months. I was excited to be baking such a huge amount. I’ve just been baking small orders the last couple months. I mixed, baked and packaged 5 kinds of cookies and 2 sweet breads. I did all this in 3 days. I didn’t sell out but I’m happy with the results. I did better than I do at the farmers market and other events I’ve done. So I’ll take that as a blessing!
