I love the ear and how the bread is listening to the love I poured into it

I sing for every loaf
I drum for every batch
I pray for the healing of humanity with every drop of water into the flour

I love the healing sourdough bread making has given and I’m very grateful for the support of my community and my returning clients who are like a family now
