There are some moments you don’t plan for… you simply receive. 🤍

Today at Agricole Farm Stop in Chelsea, MI,
I sat down with a lovely retired couple over coffee, and somehow, one cup of coffee turned into more than an hour of conversation, laughter, stories, and connection.

Three people who didn’t know each other, gathered around a table… and yet, it felt so easy. So familiar. So uplifting.

It reminded me once again why I believe the table is sacred.
It gives us a place to slow down, share stories, feel seen, and remember that connection can find us in the most unexpected places. ✨

I left feeling incredibly grateful for this little gift of an afternoon and even more inspired for what’s to come.

A Meaningful Dinner
Under the Sturgeon Moon 🌙

Friday August 28th - 7p

My dear friend Lauryn Ann Laszczak and I have been dreaming about this dinner since before summer even began.

We kept coming back to one simple idea.
What if we created an evening where women could slow down, gather around one table, and leave feeling a little more nourished than when they arrived?

After recently attending an intimate dinner ourselves, that dream only grew stronger. We experienced firsthand how complete strangers can become genuine friends simply by saying yes to sharing a meal together.

It was a beautiful reminder that you never know who you'll meet or how your life might be enriched by gathering around a table.

Now it's our turn to create that space.

We'll gather outside under the open Michigan sky, sharing a meal as the sun slowly sets and treats us to one of those unforgettable Pure Michigan sunsets.

I'll be preparing a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates Michigan's incredible summer harvest, highlighting some of my favorite seasonal produce at its absolute peak. I'll be sharing the menu below, and I can't wait for you to see what's in store.

I truly believe food has always been one of love's oldest languages. Around a table, something shifts. We slow down. We share stories. We laugh. We remember we're not meant to do life alone.
