Surprising my step-MIL for her 90th birthday.
Made this 3-tier ‘Coffee & Cream’ mini cake.
When we visited last year, in GA, she asked me to bake her a cake that tastes just like coffee. Well, I nailed!

Instead of the vanilla that the recipe calls for, I used double the Kaluha 😁 and some extra espresso powder.
The frosting is cream cheese. Hence ‘Coffee & Cream’.

- A 1-layer for her to enjoy later.
