Good morning! ☘️ I’m making Blarney Stones this morning and in the freezer are Chicken Thighs with Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potato Fries. The Loft will get a Chocolate Cake today and Finish Line Pizza will get an Italian Cream Cake and Titamisu. There will be some Chicken and Dumplings this week!

Good morning! Casseroles this week are Tuscan Chicken, Chicken Thighs with Brussel Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes and Keto Chicken ( green beans in a cream cheese sauce topped with chicken, mozzarella and bacon). There are enough biscuits and sausage gravy for 2 servings and don’t forget about the Bread and Butter Pickles and all the different Jalapeño Jelly.

Good morning! I’m cutting my hours. Casseroles, restaurants, catering, and orders only. If you need a caterer and if you want a sweet treat call me. I’ll make your pie, cheesecake, cake, cupcakes and cookies. If you don’t want the whole thing, get with a friend and share. I cater all kinds of foods and have beautiful table cloths, real plates and flatware.

Good morning! What a storm! There is enough biscuits and sausage gravy for 2 orders, a small container of Pimento Cheese and 3 Texas Sheet Cake servings left. If you need a gift basket I can make it for you. Yes, those are Bread and Butter Pickles I canned yesterday. There will be changes here in the next few weeks, no lunches or display case. I’m cutting my hours to stay off my feet a little more.

Banana Bread and Biscuits and Sausage Gravy to start your day, then Pimento Cheese and Jalapeño Cheddar Beer Bread for lunch with a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie for a treat, then Ham and Cheese Quiche and Birthday Cake, Texas Sheet Cake for dessert. I’m leaving around 8:15 this morning and will be sometime after lunch today.

Good morning! I’m back in the kitchen. On the Menu this week is Pimento Cheese and Jalapeño Cheddar Beer Bread, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Bread and I have an order for Lemon Blueberry Bread so there may be an extra loaf, Ham and Cheese Quiche and Shrimp Fettuccine. Today is James birthday and I’m going to make his favorite Texas Sheet Cake, who would like half of it?

To ALL my Whitewright peeps, if you don’t patronize Mama Suzy’s Sweet & Eats the joke is on you! Triple Chocolate Cheesecake is so good it will make you think about slapping yo momma. I know y’all won’t but really, give the lady a visit for all things delicious.
Just found this hidden treasure in Whitewright, and so glad I did! Not only is Suzy a great baker and chef, but she proved to be crazy hospitable and delightful. Check out her offerings to discover the different bakery and meal items she offers as well as “custom making” pretty much anything you want. Me? I bought her cheesy broccoli rice casserole and I’m waiting for this week’s meatloaf. She delivers to restaurants in the Texoma area, and maybe further — I just couldn’t wrap my mind around everything she does.
Our thanks to Game Warden Randolph McGee (and friends!) for visiting with our Summer Reading Program this morning. We had over 50 attendees in our first program since early 2020.
