Just wanted to share some of the things I’ve made in class at The Culinary Institute of America so far with yall! We’re about 1/2 way through with this semester and just finished skills 1 (basically our midterms), and I did so much better than I was expecting. I scored a 96! Also little update: I am about 4 weeks into my second semester at The Culinary Institute of America and am absolutely loving it! I have started my fundies (fundamentals) so I’m actually in the kitchen baking now! I might start posting what we do in the kitchen on here since I know a lot of people ask to see haha.

Also, I will be home August 7th-September 7th if anyone needs to place any orders in that time frame!

As many of you know, I am away studying at The Culinary Institute of America in New York right now, however, if enough people are interested, I will be making arrangements to come home Valentines weekend.
