As summer semester is coming to an end, I just wanted to share some more things we’ve made in my fundies class. It’s hard to believe I’m already almost done with my second semester at the CIA, it’s definitely an unreal and such an enjoyable experience. I’m so blessed to be able to attend the school of my dreams and help prepare myself for my future career. Next week we will be making ice cream/sorbets for our last day of class on 8/4, and then I will be home until 9/5 if anyone needs to order anything in that time! 🍰

Just wanted to share some of the things I’ve made in class at The Culinary Institute of America so far with yall! We’re about 1/2 way through with this semester and just finished skills 1 (basically our midterms), and I did so much better than I was expecting. I scored a 96! Also little update: I am about 4 weeks into my second semester at The Culinary Institute of America and am absolutely loving it! I have started my fundies (fundamentals) so I’m actually in the kitchen baking now! I might start posting what we do in the kitchen on here since I know a lot of people ask to see haha.

Also, I will be home August 7th-September 7th if anyone needs to place any orders in that time frame!

It’s that time of year again! As many of you know, I am away studying at The Culinary Institute of America in New York right now, however, if enough people are interested, I will be making arrangements to come home Valentines weekend. This is usually my busiest day of the whole year given my low prices and large variety of items. If anyone is interested in ordering strawberries, a treat box, or bento cake, message me now! 🍓🥰
