Whimsical, but also sleek and chic.

This multi-tiered cake tied in so beautifully to their tulip-focused overall wedding design! I love that the modern square tiers are separated with glimpses of color, whimsy, and a natural element in the florals. These acrylic tiers truly have so many possibilities!

this sunny, breezy, spring day has me reminiscing on another sunny, breezy, spring day from last year. a favorite wedding to look back on (that I just realized has somehow not made it onto the feed yet??? I blame perpetual busy season) - I will forever just swoon upon seeing these photos.

the light, the design, the team behind this day, the wonderful couple who brought everyone together - it was all just too good.

we spent so much time dreaming and scheming on this cake. it is slightly different than the aesthetic I typically create, but after seeing it finished, I immediately knew it had made an impact on the aesthetic I would want to create moving forward. thank you for your strong artistic vision and all the support and guidance .by.briana - this was a dream team and the end result was a dream result 🤍☁️ I love a creative melding of the minds !

I’m loving the baby in bloom theme - there’s so much you can do with it to make it your own, and the most fun way to lean into Spring (a favorite time of year for me 🌸🌷🌼)! This cutie is a one tier, 6” cake, with hand painted lettering and stems to match the baby shower invitation and piped buttercream florals. Couldn’t wait to share this one!

This one was a blast to dream up with the most creative client .leebrick and planner . One of my most detailed contracts to date, because there was so much goodness we wanted to incorporate, and SO MUCH DETAIL.

Among many hand piped buttercream details were butterfly trails, florals, and embroidery inspired pieces - all to mimic the bride’s dress details. I also incorporated a hand piped buttercream crest with additional details inspired by embroidery.

The varied tier heights in front of that gorgeous backdrop… I’m obsessed.

“waddle it be” hand painted design inspired by their invitations that were DARLING. can’t currently find the original invite in my inbox but if I do, you’ll be the first to know 😅 I adore the buttercream bows, the dark green classic font, the sweet somewhat vintage ducks, and how playful the overall design is. the real question is….. how many bows can you count on this one?!
