Despite the blustery weather ❄️ last night, I sold 57 out of 60 baguettes 🥖 at the market.

It’s that time of the year again! I’m gearing up for the summer and that means Wednesday baking days 👍🏼
Once again I’ll be driving my rig to the Big Sky Farmers’ Market June through September, and remember, you can always special order (210-9763) and pick up in either Whitehall or Bozeman.

Living in Montana, in addition to missing a variety of restaurants and bakeries, I also miss the music scene of larger cities.
Seattle is of course known for being the home of Jimi Hendrix and groups like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains and many more.
They also attract great bands from around the world to play in their many clubs and venues.
Last week on my vacation, I got to of see one of my favorites, , from Nottingham, England.
I showed up early to the show and found a place front and center.
It was a great set, and before they walked off stage, I even had a chance to hand them some swag (a hat and t-shirt), as a token of appreciation, that I had brought from Montana.
Cool. 😎

I am taking a break this week in Seattle, Washington, and what better way, than to sample someone else’s baked goods!
Owner and baker Nechirvan Zebari of in Everett,WA was kind enough 🙏🏼to allow me sample some of his wonderful Kurdish items and shoot some behind-the-scenes footage too.
I tried a little bit of (almost) everything and my favorite was the Lahmajoun, a flatbread with ground beef and a seven spice blend. ❤️
