I would like to thank Chef Chef Emily Elizabeth at Mountain Provisions for organizing the Big Sky PBR Chef event a few weeks ago, Chef Jamie Lynch for his creations using 1200 of my mini-Potato Rolls for his Wickens Ranch beef sandwiches, Outlaw Partners for paying the bills, and last but not least, GREEN DOOR PHOTOGRAPHY for the photos 📷 you see here! ❤️

When I first started my bakery, many years ago, this was the first recipe I developed. I tried my best to replicate a simple and versatile everyday bread that is so common across Europe. Crusty outside, soft inside. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, or served with almost any dinner.
