Our in-house slow roasted corned beef hash is as real as you can get. In a world of fast food and canned shortcuts, we still believe in doing things the right way. We take the time to slow-roast our corned beef in-house, ensuring it stays tender and deeply flavorful before it's fried to order with fresh diced potatoes, alongside two eggs cooked to order and your choice of toast. We suggest our marble swirl rye.

Our Early Bird Specials launch this week at The Homestead and we are excited to see you first thing in the am for a hot cup of coffee, and a plate that will satisfy without breaking the bank.
