These little “Zitronenkuchen” (lemon cakes) fan base seems to grow every week. One customer told me, he was dreaming about them! I don’t blame him, they are delicious and vegan.

I had a fantastic, but way too short time in Germany and France with my family.
I recharged my batteries and can’t wait to start the summer market season. Tomorrow I will be at the Belfast Farmers' Market and on Saturday at the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust market. It looks like both mornings will be dry and maybe the sun will come out, too. Looking forward to seeing you!!!

Come see me tomorrow for my last day at the Brunswick Winter Market from 9-12:30! I’m taking a much need break before I dive into the summer market season. Starting 05/08 you can find me every Friday at the Belfast market and starting 05/09 every other Saturday at the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust market!
