To the customer who received the wrong order from us today:
We owe you an apology.
At the end of the day, we mistakenly handed out the wrong order. As soon as we realized what had happened, we tried to catch you before you left, but unfortunately we were too late.
Because we were unable to reach you, we went into our system and issued a full refund for your purchase.
Mistakes happen, but that doesn’t make them acceptable. You trusted us to get your order right, and we let you down. For that, we are truly sorry.
