I’ve been doing a little experimenting in the kitchen lately, searching for the perfect chocolate cookie… and I finally nailed it!

Meet my Chocolate Brownie Dream 🤎🍫
This cookie literally tastes like a brownie — slightly crunchy on the outside with the most perfectly soft, fudgy center. This batch is loaded with chocolate chips and Oreo pieces, giving it the ultimate crunch-to-gooey ratio.

These are officially becoming a staple at the bake stand! I may also do a few pre-sales so some of you can sample them first 👀

And it couldn’t have been for a more special person in my life — one of my dads 💙

Happy 44th Birthday, Joe! I hope your day was nothing short of amazing! I loved getting to surprise you with your cake… even if you went golfing and somehow managed to get green frosting all over the kitchen ⛳😂

Side note: this was my first fondant design cake in 3 years, and honestly… not too bad! 🙌 Just a little seam practice and we’re back in action!

That’s officially a wrap on 2025 — and wow, what a year it’s been! 🎉 A full year of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and all the sweet goodies in between. New recipes were tested, comfort zones were pushed, and I even had the honor of booking my first wedding! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who trusted me with their cakes, cupcakes, and cookies this year — your support means everything. 💕

Now… bring on 2026! ✨ Two weddings already booked, a bake stand launching, and so many new recipes ready to make their debut! I cannot wait to roll out my brand-new bake stand menus and officially announce the opening date. The excitement is just getting started, and I’m so grateful to have you all along for the journey.

Still not over this one 💕🎂

This cake was extra special because it was my first time ever doing this style—and I’m honestly so proud of how it turned out! The vintage piping, soft pinks, dainty bows, and all the little details really pushed me out of my comfort zone, and I loved every minute of it.

Trying new techniques is one of my favorite parts of baking, and this one definitely has my heart. If this is my first attempt, I can’t wait to see how much more I grow from here!

I felt like this deserved a post all on its own! Last night I got a little experimental in the kitchen because I’ve been wanting to create something special for my gluten-free friends who always deserve to enjoy the good stuff too. 💛

I baked my first ever gluten-free bread — and yes, it may “only” be banana bread, but wow… it’s a start! And let me tell you… you would NEVER guess it’s gluten free. The moisture, the chocolate, and a little swipe of butter on top? Absolute heaven. 😍

The best part? My mother-in-law loved it instantly!
This is just the beginning — I’m officially diving into the world of gluten-free goodies, and I can’t wait to make treats so good you’d never know the difference.

✨From the Bottom of My Heart — Thank You!✨

First off, I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported my small business this year! From the very first birthdays I got to be part of, to baby showers, more birthdays, and even my very first wedding — every single order has meant the world to me. Each one was made with so much love, and seeing your happy faces makes it all so worth it!

This year has been such a fun and unforgettable one! But as we head into the holidays, I’ve decided to take the rest of the year off to spend some quality time with my family and to focus on something super exciting — the opening of my bake stand in Spring 2026! 🌸

That means no more preorders or hot cocoa bombs this year (I know, I’ll miss them too!), but don’t worry — my baking days are far from over! I’ll be busy testing recipes, perfecting my treats, and dreaming up a menu full of delicious goodies. Be on the lookout for sneak peeks and tasty samples of cookies, muffins, breads, and brownies as I get everything ready! 🍪🧁🍞

BIG NEWS!!! 🎉

First off, a huge shoutout to my mom and Joe — you two are absolute rockstars for helping make this dream a reality! I couldn’t have done it without you! 💛

If you’ve noticed things have been a little quiet around here… that’s because something sweet has been baking behind the scenes! 😉

🌸 Spring 2026 — it’s happening!! 🌸
I’ll be opening my very own roadside stand!!

This winter will be filled with renovations, creativity, and making the space perfectly me! When the doors open, you’ll be able to grab your weekend treats — cookies, muffins, brownies, and some fun new sourdough loaves and flavors I’ve been working on! 🥖✨

I’m also planning to play around with a few gluten-free goodies for my friends who’ve been asking (you know who you are 😉).

I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am for all of your support and encouragement — every message, order, and kind word has pushed me toward this moment. This is just the beginning, and I’m beyond excited to share it all with you! 💕
