Gluten free friends! I am taking a trip next week to see family so I am taking orders now for gluten free sourdough for pick-up next 🔸Tuesday, May 19🔸, but will not be baking GF loaves again until June 1. This will not interfere with our regular sourdough production or scones or desserts. 🍞🥯🧁🍪

When we do markets and events, any bread that doesn’t sell gets wrapped well and put in our freezer. Our bread freezes well and thaws out beautifully! According to some sources, freezing sourdough bread creates a healthier, more stable food by converting starches into resistant starch, which reduces blood sugar spikes by up to 39% and supports gut health. 🤗

This Friday and Saturday, we are selling our freezer stash while it lasts, at a discount to you. Sandwich style loaves are $2 off; rustics are $3 off.
