What a beautiful fall Sunday! If you’re out and about today, stop by The Yummery and pick yourself up a little something sweet!

We’ve got plenty of cupcakes to choose from, and whether you’re in the mood for an iced coffee, tropical smoothie, a hot caramel latte, or a hot chocolate, we’ve got something to go along with your sweet treat!

Whenever I have a dessert delivery, I walk through the space first to figure out where everything is going and how I’m going to set it all up.

Last night I was at the Boumi Temple on King Avenue in Rosedale supporting Empower for Life for their annual gala fundraiser. This is my third year in a row working with them. My task last night: fill two 8-foot tables with 350 cupcakes! 🧁🧁🧁

That’s a LOT of cupcakes and a whole lot of table space to fill!

THE MUMS MYSTERY HAS BEEN SOLVED! 🌸

Turns out, a gentleman was driving by The Yummery after seeing a shared post about us from a friend of his. He thought she worked here and decided he was going to stop in and support a small business!

Unfortunately, we were already closed. He knocked on the window, but nobody heard him. He happened to have two beautiful mums in his truck, so he decided to leave them for us!

He stopped back in yesterday, bought a few goodies, and explained the whole thing!

MYSTERY SOLVED! 🕵️‍♀️🌸

What a genuinely nice thing to do for someone you don’t even know! Those two mums absolutely made my day!

So here’s my suggestion for the weekend… GO MUM SOMEBODY! 🌸😂 Seriously, a little unexpected kindness can go a long way!

The mystery of the Mystery Mums continues! 🌸😂

So if you were following along yesterday, someone left two beautiful mums on the brick wall outside The Yummery, and I have absolutely no idea who they came from!

Well, I checked the cameras, and I have footage of a gentleman looking in the window and trying to get someone’s attention. Unfortunately, he arrived about 10 minutes after we closed, and it looks like everyone was back in the kitchen.

Now here’s my dilemma. Do I post his picture and try to solve the mystery, or do I just appreciate the sweet gesture and let him remain anonymous? What would you do?

Either way, whoever you are, THANK YOU! You absolutely made my day! ❤️

We’re refilling our chocolate-covered pretzel case today, and some really cute Halloween treats are starting to make their way out! 🎃👻
