17 days post-surgery and doing pretty well! I thought my summer fun was going to come to a halt after surgery, but I was able to get out and enjoy myself a little this weekend. 🎉 Slow and steady and tired, but every day is an improvement.

Thank you for all the check-ins, messages and words of encouragement. They’ve meant so much to me! ❤️

So here’s my proof of life pic to prove I’m upright (mainly stayed seated the whole time), dressed and back out in the world. 😂

And speaking of getting people upright, dressed and out into the world… congrats to all my Baltimore County moms and dads who managed to get their kids out the door for the first day of school this morning! 😂🍎📚✏️ Hope everyone has a great year! ❤️

I’ve officially been home recovering for a week! ❤️

If you’ve emailed us and haven’t heard back as quickly as usual, please be patient with me. I said I’d keep up with emails while recovering… but between napping and watching Facebook Reels, I’m apparently very busy. 😂 I’m getting to them, just a little slower than usual!

If you need something quicker or you’re waiting on a response, call the shop at 410-668-7429 and the girls can help you out!

And a HUGE shoutout to my amazing staff! I asked them to send me pictures of the cakes they created while I was in the hospital recovering from surgery and WOW. 😍🎂

They’ve been holding down the fort and absolutely killing it. I appreciate them so much!❤️
