Hello👋🏼 long time, no post. The holidays were busy with baking and working, and this year has been off to an interesting start (iykyk 👀), but I’m very excited to get back to baking sourdough! So far I know I’ll be baking this Wednesday the 15th and Sunday the 26th. Message me for more info! ☺️

Hard to believe it is December! With it being such a busy month, here are the days I will have/can have bread available! Debating doing a porch pop up with a variety of things available one of these dates in addition to taking orders. Let me know if that is something you’d be interested in!

A medium cheddar + jalapeño loaf compared to a large loaf! It’s exactly half the size of a large loaf. The perfect size to try a new flavor or bring to a holiday get together. I’ll be offering more medium loaves than large loaves at my pop up Wednesday!

Sourdough is a labor of love! Because sourdough is a two day process and I work 12.5 hour nursing shifts, I am unfortunately unable to have bread available everyday. However, I have availability to make sourdough these days in the next couple of weeks. Sourdough loaves and bagels also freeze really well if you’re planning ahead. Always feel free to ask if you don’t see a date available that you’re interested in! I appreciate the understanding of limited dates, maybe one day I can do this full time 🥰
