✨ FRONT PAIGE TREATS IS HIRING! ✨
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our production team at Front Paige Treats!
Regular schedule:
• Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Wednesdays when additional production help is needed (during the holidays)
This position will include:
• Preparing ingredients and assisting with recipes
• Making and portioning cookie dough
• Baking and decorating sweet treats
• Packaging, labeling and preparing orders
• Folding boxes and organizing supplies
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
• Assisting with other production tasks as needed
We are a growing small business, and our kitchen can be extremely busy and fast-paced, especially during the holiday season. The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas will be crazy, so holiday availability, flexibility and the ability to stay focused under pressure are very important.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is dependable, punctual and communicates well
• Can follow recipes and detailed instructions
• Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Is willing to learn and accept feedback
• Notices what needs to be done and takes initiative
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable standing for extended periods and completing repetitive kitchen tasks
• Understands that cleaning and dishes are a major part of working in a bakery
• Is willing to help wherever needed during busy production days
Professional baking experience is not required, but kitchen or food-service experience is a plus! More than anything, we need someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic and genuinely wants to contribute to the team.
