This one was definitely a slice of fun to make! 😄 A custom Len’s Italian Pizza cake, complete with all the details of a classic pizza box.

A special cake for a true classic! 🚗💨
The bottom tier is wrapped in black fondant and detailed to look like a tire, while the top tier is finished in blue Swiss Meringue Buttercream with racing stripes and topped with his favorite ride – the BMW M3!
And there's something extra special inside the top tier: 3 layers of Italian Rainbow Cookie Cake with Apricot & Raspberry filling, and a layer of ganache underneath the blue SMBC.
A cake designed around two of the things Mike loves — with plenty of deliciousness inside!

Every flower, every bee, and every detail is completely edible. The bees were especially meaningful, representing the people Anna loves most — her family, always surrounding her with love and support.

Red, white, and blue never go out of style, and celebrating our country's birthday is always worth doing in cake.
This is a patriotic cake I created in 1976 to celebrate America's Bicentennial. Nearly 50 years later, it brings back wonderful memories of the cakes I've been honored to create for so many families over the years.
Thank you to everyone who has allowed me to be a small part of your birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays, and life's special moments. Looking back reminds me just how much I love what I do.
Wishing you and your family a safe, happy, and memorable Fourth of July!
