Nurses do an amazing job and are under-appreciated, so it was a particular pleasure making this cake for a gathering of the Nursing Class of 1971. Blessings to all these wonderful people!

Vanilla cake with a light chocolate American Buttercream has long been a family favorite. It was used for so many family events that years ago, my nephew looked at one and asked, ‘same ol’ cake again?’ and thus it was named.
