This cake was ordered for Jeff’s graduation party. Jeff is a person of many talents: he’s graduating from Lake Forest Academy, earned excellent ACT scores, played tennis, wrote for the school newspaper The Spectator, and performed in the school theater. Go Jeff! The sky’s the limit — your future is as bright as you are.

People born in 1976 are celebrating their 50th birthday this year. How much the world has changed in 50 years! Even the way we listen to music went from audio cassettes and boomboxes to iPhone playlists. Can’t wait to see what the next 50 years will bring!

We loved this project: the client asked only for “beautiful” and “hazelnut.” The cake had almond cake layers, hazelnut mousse, praline crunch, and hazelnut buttercream—and it turned out stunning.
