Most pastry shops use ready-made sugar flowers for wedding cakes — and we do too. They are beautiful and help keep the cost reasonable.

But once in a while, a bride wants something truly special. That’s when we create the flowers entirely by hand, shaping every petal, one by one. 🌸

It’s a meticulous and time-consuming process, but incredibly satisfying. And the difference is extraordinary — a handmade sugar rose has the delicacy and character of a true work of art.

The final result? Flowers so incredibly lifelike, you can hardly believe they aren’t fresh. 🌹✨
