Can’t go wrong with a chocolate cheesecake filled and topped with brownie pieces and covered with salted caramel and chocolate whipped cream.

With about half an hour to get this finished this morning, I’m fairly happy with the results and my mother in law will be thrilled.

I’ve learned what I can when I comes to cheesecakes and cookies so I decided to start learning about cakes.
Teacher and Staff appreciation week fell at the perfect time to get some practice.
I will be doing a lot of practice with writing in the near future

Up until now I’ve only done Carrot and German Chocolate Cakes because they are decorated easily and without many rules.

Someone reached out to me to do a very large cake for a church anniversary and I accepted the challenge. (I did explain my very little knowledge in decorating)

After multiple hours of learning to make buttercream flowers, I accomplished this giant cake.

Vanilla, Carrot, Coconut, Chocolate, and Strawberry Cakes are all lined under a cream cheese frosting and topped with buttercream flowers.

I’ll be working on an updated menu with a few cake options added.
They may have a few quirks, but they’ll taste amazing!
